Product Delivery:
All digital products are delivered electronically. Once you purchase, you will get an email with a download link to access your guide. Make sure that the email address you used at checkout is correct to make sure you get the download. Please also check your spam folder! Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Terms and Conditions For Signed Cookbook
Orders & Payment
All orders are final once placed. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order. Signed copies are available in limited quantities and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days via USPS to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, One Sarcastic Baker is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each copy is personally signed, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed. If your book arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in USPS’s possession, responsibility for delivery lies with them. I am unable to replace or refund lost or significantly delayed items, but I will assist you in opening a claim with USPS if needed.
Signed Copies
Each book is hand-signed by the author Dikla Levy Frances. No personalized messages or dedications are available unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Privacy
Your personal information (name, address, and email) will only be used to process and fulfill your order. It will never be shared or sold to third parties.
