Eggs + Egg whites

Sugar

Whip the egg whites and sugar until stiff peak forms

Using two bowls, mix together the dry ingredients in one and the liquids in the seconds

Pour liquids over dry mixture 

Fold the meringue in the mixture and cook

Can even make a sandwich with it
