You'll need: Flour Instant yeast sugar salt milk egg and egg yolk butter brown sugar cinnamon
Melt the butter with the milk and sugar. Once cooled add the yeast, salt and 2 cups of water and mix using.
Ass you mix, add the rest of the flour and mix for about 4 minutes, until the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and allow to rest until double in size, about 90 minutes.
Roll the dough into 13x18 inch rectangle, spread the filling, roll to a log and slice into 12 equal parts.
