For Rosh Hashanah

Ingredients You'll Need

Unbleached all purpose flour Baking soda Cinnamon Salt Honey Apple Sauce Brown sugar Eggs Vegetable Oil

Preheat the oven to 340F (160C), grease one 9-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper

Measure and mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.  And do the same with the honey and apple sauce in a separate bowl

Before we start:

Step 1: Place the eggs and sugar in a large bowl

Beat until light  and fluffy

Step 2: Drizzle in the oil

Step 3: Add the flour mixture alternating with the honey mixture

Step 4: Pour the batter into the pan and bake!
