Hazelnut shortbread cookies

The only thing I can think of that is better than a melt in the mouth butter shortbread cookies, Is melt in the mount butter hazelnut shortbread cookies filled with hazelnut chocolate sperad.

Pulse the hazelnut in a food processor and pulse until fine

Add the butter and flour and pulse until a ball of dough is formed

Just like that.

Bring the dough together using your hands

Roll between two pieces of parchment paper and chill

Cut and bake

Fill and enjoy!!!
