In a large bow mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder
In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, and vegetable oil.
Pour the liquids over the dry ingredients and mix just until the flour mixture is hydrated.
Top with some mini chocolate chips and bake.
