Chocolate Brioche Bread

A buttery and tender bread filled with chocolate spread and shaped to a beautiful layered bread.

Roll the dough into 12x16 inch rectangle, and spread the filling leaving a band at the center and bottom.

Roll the dough from the top.

Fold the log into a U shape

Twist 3-4 times

Place in the pan and rest until double in size
