Scones are the ultimate comforting treat.  These candied ginger pecan scones are buttery, tender, easy to make, and load with texture and flavor.

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients

Cut the cold butter into the flour until looks like wet sand

Add the candied ginger, pecans, and liquid and bring together until a dough is formed

Shape and divide the dough into 8 equal triangles
