Brownie cake is the ultimate chocolate lover's dessert. The cake is light and airy as a cake but also rich and dense like a brownie. Making it the ultimate chocolate cake.
Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature.
Step 1: Warm the heavy cream, then gradually pour it over the cocoa powder. Refrigerate until cool.
Step 2: Melt the butter, chocolate and light brown sugar.
Step 3: Add the eggs, one at a time and mix to incorporate. Set a side for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Mix in the dry ingredients.
Step 5: Whip the cold chocolate/cream mixture, and fold it into the cake batter. Pour into a greased pan, and bake.
Drizzle chocolate sauce (optional), and enjoy!!!
