White Chocolate Pecan Chewy Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter melted (225 g / 8 oz)
  • 2 Cups Light Brwon Sugar (340 g / 12 oz)
  • 1 TBS Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 1/3 Cups All purpose flour (284 g / 10 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate chips (255 g / 9 oz)
  • 1 CUP Coarsly chopped toasted Pecans (142 g / 5 oz)

Instructions

  1. Prehean oven to 350F. Line 8x8 pan with paking paper and grease the sides.

  2. In a medium bowl or in abowl of a standing mixer, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla

  3. Add eggs one at a times until well combined.

  4. Fold in the flour, salt, chocolate chips and pecan and pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a tooth pick come put with moist crumbs from the center of the cake.
