Lemon Blackberry Cake

Ingredients list:

For The Lemon Blackberry Bread Granulated sugar  Fresh lemon zest Unsalted butter, at room temperature  freshly squeezed lemon juice  Large Eggs Baking powder  Baking soda  Fresh blackberries For The Streusel granulated sugar Lemon zest  Fresh lemon zest from  Baking powder Melted butter  Sliced almonds

Preheat the oven to 350F.  Grease and line with parchment paper one 9x5-inch and 4-inch wide loaf pan.

Before You Start

Rub the lemon zest with the sugar, then mix the melted butter, sour cream, lemon juice, and eggs. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda and set aside while you make the streusel.

Mix the zest and sugar, mix the flour, melted butter and almonds

Step 3:

Mix the flour mixture with the wet mixture then fold in the blackberries.

Step 4:

Pour the batter into the  greased pan, sprinkle the streusel and bake!
