Mandel Bread Cookies

Mandel bread cookies are the Jewish version of Biscotti.

These cookies are tender, crispy, and loaded with flavors.

Start by mixing the dough (steps 1-2): Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Add flour and chocolate chips. Shape the dough (step 3) into long logs.

Bake until puffed and pale yellow
