How to toast pecans on stovetop

If you need to toast a small number of pecans and time is of the essence, here is a 5 minutes method using the stovetop.

Spread the pecans in a skillet

Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes while tossing every 20 seconds.

The nuts are ready when they release a nutty aroma and are slightly darker in color
