How to make homemade Brioche donuts dough?

Brioche dough is a buttery, tender and slightly sweet dough with a reputation of being too complicated and intimidating to make at home.

Well, I am here to make wrong right and help you Knock that fear out the window!

1. Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar and let sit for 15 minutes, until foamy

2. Add flour, salt, sugar and eggs and mix until a shaggy mass forms

3. Replace to the hook attachment and mix on slow for 5 minutes.

4. Add the butter in small pieces.

5. Increase speed to medium and mix for 10 minutes until soft and stretches easily

6. Place in a large bowl, spray with oil, wrap and plastic bag and allow to rise.

Punch the air out, shape and allow to rise again.

Use it to fry donuts or  bake bread, ENJOY!!!
