This Cinnamon Brioche Rolls are tender, buttery and delicious Jewish style Cinnamon pastries.  Made with French Brioche Dough and rolled in an old fashion Jewish bakery style way.

1. Divide the dough and roll each piece into a dough ball.

2. Roll each ball into 8x6-inch rectangle

3. Spread with cinnamon filling

4. Roll the bottom and top towards the center

5. Twist the ends in different directions.

6. Brush with egg wash, let rest, and bake!
